It seems like every commercial and advertisement we see is how to lose the weight with the latest pill or new eating system. The question is can you really go from being overweight to having abs overnight? Well, maybe not overnight, but definitely sooner than you might think. Science has really settled in on some solid methods of how to get our bodies in great shape without a lot of shortcuts. There are some key principles that will help you go from Fat to Fit in a short period of time. The essential to settle in with is that you have a basic genetic profile that you were given. So be ok with it. The next area to understand is that you can drastically re-shape your body and build and develop the best version of you. And isn’t that really what this is all about? So let's look at the keys to helping you reach the fitness level that you are looking for fast.

1.You Must Eat More Than You Want
Amazingly enough we have found that people generally under eat for their fitness goals. It is vital to get your numbers checked for your calories needed and what type of macronutrients that you need to build the right body composition. If you under eat the wrong type of calories you will actually stall your progress and gain weight in the wrong places.

2.You Must Exercise At Least 6 Days Per Week
I am convinced we have to move every day. I used to recommend at least 3 days per week. And yes, something is better than nothing. However, we have to get our bodies moving doing something almost every day.

3.Keep Omega 3 Fats High
It's more than just take your fish oil. The omega 3 fatty acids are vital for so many functions in the body, especially our hormones. It's important to have your blood tested to see what your levels are so you can keep your body composition and other main systems in check.

4.Think Overhydrate
You just have to drink tons of water. To rapidly reach your goals, you will have to at least get in half your bodyweight in ounces of water. Research is now leaning toward almost an ounce per pound of bodyweight. When we are well hydrated, our bodies will burn more fat – period.

5.Maintain Great Hormones
Get your hormones checked regularly, not just when you are in menopause. Men and women should check their hormones every 6 months after the age of 40 to make sure the production and conversion is great and the body is making all that it should in the right way.

6.Use Nutritional Supplements
